▶ Kumho Supplies OE Tires for the Chrysler Pacifica

Kumho Tire (CEO: Lee Han-Seob) will supply original equipment (OE) tires for the 2017 Chrysler Pacifica, the all-new minivan from FCA US that redefines the segment.

A replacement for the Chrysler Town & Country (sold in Korea as the Grand Voyager); the all-new Chrysler Pacifica is the most technologically advanced minivan, offering bold styling, and class-leading ride and handling. The Pacifica is also the world’s first electrified minivan, which delivers up to 80 miles per gallon equivalent (MPGe) in city driving. The new minivan will be offered in Korea and Europe as the Grand Voyager.

The Kumho Solus TA31, which has been selected to be the OE tire on the Chrysler Pacifica, is an all-season premium touring tire that offers great in-car comfort and driving performance. The Solus TA31’s unique tread block and pattern substantially reduces road noise and the reinforced block offers exceptional handling and braking on dry roads, which translates into excellent ride comfort. The OE fitments include 20-inch (245/50 R 20) and 17-inch (235/65 R 17) options. The new Chrysler Pacifica is now available in the U.S. and Canada.

Kumho has been an official OE tire supplier to FCA US for a variety of models beginning with the Chrysler Sebring in 2006.
